If you are having trouble logging into your teacher account or don't remember what password you set, you can reset the password.

Note: If you are a student having trouble logging into Socrative, please get in touch with your teacher to confirm the room name, and your student ID (if one is requested). Student logins to Socrative are different from teacher logins, as they just require a room name, and no email address or password.

How to reset your password

  1. First, go to the Teacher Login Page.

  2. Click Reset Password.

  3. Next, enter your email address, and click Submit.

  4. A password reset email will be sent to your email inbox. (This might take a couple of minutes.)

  5. Click on the link in the email, then enter your new password. Once you click Submit, you'll get a confirmation message, and then be taken to the Login Page. You can now use the new password to login.

Receiving an error message "No account with that email was found"

If you will get the error "No account with that email was found", this means the email address you entered is not in our system. In this case, it's best to try other email addresses you have, that you may have used to sign up to Socrative.

Not receiving a password reset email

If you requested a password reset email, but it never came through, check to see if it went to your spam folder. You can also search for the email in your inbox. Password reset emails are sent from noreply@socrative.com.

If you need additional help resetting your password, reach out to our team at support@socrative.com.
