In the unlikely event that a breach resulting in a risk to the rights and freedoms of personal data subjects/Socrative users were to occur in the future, data controllers to whom the data subjects belong would be notified within 72 hours of Socrative learning of the breach and provided with detailed information as outlined in the GDPR. Showbie would then collaborate with the data controller(s) to ensure impacted users are notified in a timely manner.
