When purchasing or renewing a Socrative PRO license, a receipt will be emailed to the address on file for the account.
PRO license purchasers may access receipt for the most recent transaction at any time by following the steps below:
- Login to Socrative using a browser (not the Teacher App)
- Open header menu
- Select “Profile”
- Click “Account” Tab
- Buttons for Receipt Download and Receipt Email are displayed
- Click button for desired delivery method. The most recent receipt will be emailed or downloaded as selected
