Subscription plans will renew automatically in one year or one month, depending on the plan subscribed. Please be aware that you will receive renewal reminders seven days before your renewal date.
Renewing a Subscription Plan
After logging in to Socrative through the Socrative Website, select your initial in the top right corner and select 'Plan and Members.' From there, select 'Manage Subscription'. You'll then be able to manage your subscription on your account.
🗒️ If you use a coupon code, your plan will automatically renew at the original price on your renewal date. It will not be the same price if you use a coupon code.
Renewing a License Plan
You may have a license key with the option to toggle off and on/auto-renew. If auto-renew is toggled on, payment will renew automatically. If you don't see the option, please contact your Account Manager.
