How to edit your Profile
After logging in to Socrative, click on your initial in the top right corner and select your Profile.
Once in the Profile header, you're able to update or change all of your profile information, including: your name, email, phone number, and/or your password.
To update or change your email, simply select 'change email'. You will then be prompted to enter your new email and your existing password to confirm the update. Please always make sure your email used to access Socrative is an active one that you have access to, so as not to miss any email notifications from the Socrative team!
💡 After making your changes, remember to click Save!
💡 The phone number will be for contacting you about your account, or for learning opportunities. Your phone number will not be displayed or publicly posted, nor will it be shared with any third parties. If you prefer, you can leave the phone number section blank.
If you do not see "Change Password"
If you do not see a Change Password link then it is likely that you registered to Socrative using a Single Sign ON service (SSO) ex. Google. If so, you will need to change your password with Google.
If you need to set a Socrative Password (for example to work with Showbie Integration), you can create a new Socrative password by clicking the "Reset password" link on the Login Screen.
